Searching for a politics of hope

As citizens of GB prepare for the referendum on Europe on 23rd June, James Buchanan argues that we need to replace a politics of fear with a politics of hope. ‘Despite the disillusionment many feel with the current political systems and their prospects for having their voice heard, there are signs of hope.’
